  • The first step is to contact us and schedule a time for Mike to preview your home and gather some data such as roof and HVAC age, square footage, bedrooms, baths, updates, etc. The goal at our initial meeting is to answer any questions you may have about the process of selling your home and gather the information we need to complete a market analysis.

  • We do a comparative market analysis, an absorption rate analysis, and then make a strategic determination of market position.

  • There is no charge for a listing consultation. Our hope is that if you decide to list your home, you'll choose our team to handle it for you. We want to earn your business, but there is no obligation on your part nor is there any charge for us to come out and meet with you.
